At Solavielle, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of use.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie and underwear
  • Bras and shapewear
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed or damaged
  • Bodysuits
  • Earrings and certain personal accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

How To Start A Return

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the correct return address and detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Solavielle is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Refund Processing

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may affect future purchases.


Return Address Notice

Please do not send returned items to the business address. Customers must contact us first to receive return authorization and the correct return address.
