Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak shopping seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Expedited Shipping

  • Orders from $0.00 – $99.99
  • Shipping Fee: $15.00

  • Orders of $100.00 or more
  • Shipping Fee: Free

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery estimates do not include processing time and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Delivery Conditions & Limitations

To ensure successful delivery, please review the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Solavielle is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by customers.
  • P.O. Boxes: Standard Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available where supported by the carrier.
  • Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned because they were unclaimed may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
  • Address Changes: Once an order has entered processing, shipping addresses may no longer be modified.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Solavielle is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • Original packaging
  • Shipping label
  • All packing materials

These materials may be required by the carrier during the claims process.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.
